Q: How
much does it cost if my item doesn’t sell?
A: There is absolutely no charge if your item does not sell.
Q: Where do I drop off my consignment items for sale?
A: Consignment items are received by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 512.244.2800 to schedule an appointment.
Q: If
my item doesn’t sell, what is the next step?
A: If your item doesn’t sell you can pick it up within two
weeks of the auction close, or we can donate your item to charity.
Q: Can
I set a reserve or minimum selling price for my item?
A: Yes, however eBay adds an additional fee and bidding activity
is often reduced as a result.
Q: How
long does it take for me to receive my check.
A: It generally takes around four weeks from the date you bring
us the item. Sometimes it can be longer if the winning bidder delays
payment. In rare cases, winning bidders fail to pay for an item.
In this situation, we would cancel the transaction and relist your
item.
Q: I
have a kayak that I would like to sell. Do you auction off really
large items?
A: Yes we do. We offer local pickup for your very large items such
as motorcycles, furniture, kayaks and more!
Q: How
long does eSold® list my item for sale on eBay?
A: We usually list most items for 7 days. However we can list items
for one, three and ten days as well.
Q: If
I win an eSold® auction, can I come pick up my item
from the store?
A: YES! We encourage local pickup as it saves on shipping
fees for you and packaging time for us!
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on the following conditions:
- The product is covered by our eSold Guarantee
- No returns are accepted and no refunds processed after 30 calendar days of payment.
- All returns must have prior authorization. Contact us for return instructions via phone at 512.244.2800.
- Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.
- Customer pays for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Returns due to customer errors/issues such as ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc. are assessed a restocking fee.
- Please include documentation including your name, the item description and include correspondence emails or other notes explaining the reason(s) for the return. Failure to do so can result in a delay in processing the refund.
- Some defective items are not worth returning, or should be kept to compare to replacements - inquire before returning items.
- Refunds are processed only after returns are received and tested (if applicable).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
